Lost or delayed Package:
We cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed packages once they are given to the shipping provider. Once your package is shipped, the shipping provider is responsible for it. All shipping information is provided by ChitChats Canada/Canada Post/USPS and relayed to you on their behalf. We cannot guarantee the shipping provider's claims.
